Orders within Sweden

  • Your package will be sent with PostNord Registered Mail Domestic. 
  • In most cases, your order is sent from us within one working day. Deviations are stated in the product description.

International Orders

  • Your package will be shipped via UPS.
  • In most cases, orders are dispatched within two working day. Any exceptions are noted in the product description. 

Delivery Estimated Time

Sweden - Product(s) will be delivered within 2-4 business days*.

EU - Product(s) will be delivered within 4-8 business days*.

Rest of the world - Product(s) will be delivered within 6-10 business days*.

*Please Note: Delivery of our Fine Jewellery (18k & Diamond) can differ; make sure to read the product info on the product page. Some of our Fine Jewellery is made to order for which we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Production begins after your order is confirmed and delivery time is 4-6 weeks.

      Sweden – Free shipping on orders over 1,500 SEK with PostNord.

      EU – From €20*

      Outside the EU – From €30*

      *Local taxes and customs duties (including for the UK and Northern Ireland post - 1 January 2021) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.


      If a package is not collected from a service point, a handling fee will be charged:
      150 SEK / 125 DKK / 150 NOK / €15 / $20 USD

      Every piece of jewellery arrives beautifully packaged in our signature box and soft dust bag - perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

      Payment Methods

      • We accept VISA, Master Card, Maestro and American Express, as well as E-Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In specific countries, we also offer invoice payment through Klarna Checkout.
